Service Description

The service is delivered in three phases: Phase 1- Behaviour History Intake A thorough review of the behaviour history form which is completed by the owner upon booking. The behaviour history is the foundational document for the process, and needs to be thoroughly completed and reviewed so that we can have the clearest picture of how we got here. Phase 2- Online History Review and Initial Consultation Taking place via Zoom or GoogleMeets, we review the history and work together to fill in any missing details that may provide additional insight. We also discuss potential strategies to help the remedial process Phase 3- In person consultation and training session Working together with you and your dog, we will practice the steps we need to undertake to start working toward a better relationship and a happier dog
